Group Senior Manager – Reporting and Finance
Razaim Hassan is an audit and reporting professional and an ACCA member with 9+ years of experience across external and internal audits, financial reporting, and internal controls. He supports financial governance and decision-making across a multi-entity platform with exposure to renewable power development and operating subsidiaries.
In his current role, he leads group financial reporting across quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cycles in line with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements. His work includes preparing consolidated financial statements (including multi-currency entities and intercompany eliminations), coordinating external audits as the primary liaison, and delivering management and stakeholder reporting packs covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and key performance drivers. He also supports group financing activities and oversees FP&A—budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
Prior to joining the group, Razaim held progressively senior roles at KPMG in Riyadh and Abu Dhabi, as well as Deloitte in the UAE and Karachi, leading teams on audits across sectors including financial services, government, infrastructure, hospitality, fintech, FMCG, and retail.
