Ali Akbar is a seasoned finance and corporate professional with over twenty-five years of experience in financial accounting, corporate affairs, taxation, and mergers & acquisitions. He currently serves as a Partner at Assirience Consulting and Consultant (CFO) at Burj Modaraba Management Company, and has previously held senior positions at ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited and Saudi ORIX Leasing Company.
His transaction experience spans start-up advisory, due diligence, investment advisory, financial institution assessment, and the successful execution of complex financial deals. Ali Akbar holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Karachi and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
