About the Programme
BCEM’s Management Trainee Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to build careers at the intersection of clean energy, Islamic finance, and technology. Over 12 months, you will rotate through our core departments — gaining hands-on experience in project development, capital structuring, fintech operations, and corporate governance.
This is not a passive training programme. From day one, you will contribute to live projects, attend board-level discussions, and work alongside experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds.
What You’ll Experience
- Rotations across EcoFintech, Technical & Operations, Commercial & Industrial, IT, Advisory, Finance, and HR
- Involvement in real solar project development and energy financing transactions
- Exposure to Pakistan Stock Exchange compliance and regulatory reporting
- Participation in investor relations and stakeholder management activities
- Access to BCEM’s network of institutional partners including HBL, Meezan Bank, DFC, FMO, and IFU
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed within the last 2 years)
- Strong academic record (minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Genuine interest in renewable energy, Islamic finance, or fintech
- Willingness to rotate across multiple departments
